Issue of New Shares (SPP)
Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZAX:CGF) is pleased to advise that it has today allotted a total of 5,006,930 new shares under its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer dated 3 July 2017. The shortfall from the SPP offer will be issued to the Underwriter within 12 months.
