Cancellation of Unvested Employee Shares

Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX: CCC) ("Cooks") advises that it has acquired and cancelled 3,388,837 ordinary shares pursuant to contractual provisions of Cooks' legacy employee share scheme and by operation of sections 82 and 58(3) of the Companies Act 1993. A capital change notice is attached.

 Following the acquisition and cancellation, Cooks will have 56,130,511 quoted shares on issue.
