It's a great day for a coffee in Longford as the town's Esquires Coffee reopens at the N4 Axis Centre.
The popular coffee shop was destroyed by fire in September 2022 but is finally reopening on Wednesday after 18 long months.
Esquires shared the news with their followers on social media on Tuesday. They said:
"After long time of waiting and hard work, we can finally say that we did it and tomorrow is just that wonderful day when our doors will open up again for you.
"We would like to thank Rhona and Fergal, each of our amazing clients, our wonderful employees, every person who contributed hard work not only, on scene but also behind it for their hard work, patience and commitment during this time.
"Without you, nothing would be possible, thank you," they added.
"We will definitely not fall asleep this night, we will wait for the morning, to be able to enjoy great coffee and food again. Looking forward to see you all tomorrow," the statement concluded.
Locals were quick to wish the team luck on their reopening.
