Esquires Coffee Hertford Opening

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new Esquires Coffee in the heart of Hertford and this one’s extra special.

Set in a beautifully restored historic building, this new café brings fresh energy to a space that locals have long admired. After a full refurbishment, the building has been lovingly brought back to life, blending classic charm with the warm, modern feel that Esquires is known for.

Step inside and you’ll find more than just gorgeous architecture—you’ll discover a thoughtfully curated menu designed to start your day right or keep you going strong. From poached eggs on sourdough, fresh sandwiches, and jacket potatoes, to pancakes with bacon, porridge bowls, and smashed avocado, there’s something here for everyone. And of course, in true Hertford tradition, you can count on outstanding coffee, made with Fairtrade and organic beans.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of the Hertford community and to breathe new life into this much-loved local spot. Huge credit goes to the team behind the scenes who’ve put in such care and effort to make this store feel like home from day one.
