Transaction Update
As previously advised to the market Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZAX: CGF) entered a conditional sale and purchase agreement with the shareholders of Mojo Coffee Cartel Limited (Mojo) with a view to acquiring all of the shares in Mojo.
Mojo shareholders agreed with CGF to extend the date for satisfaction of the conditions to Wednesday, 31 October 2018.
