Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZAX:CGF) has today acquired 3,545 ordinary shares in CGF (Shares) on-market at an acquisition price of $0.0760 per share.
CGF shareholders approved CGF’s buyback programme at the special meeting held on Thursday, 29 June 2017.
