Director nominations
Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZX.CGF) will hold its 2019 Annual Meeting of shareholders on Friday, 27 September 2019. A Notice of Meeting with further details will be issued in due course.
For the purposes of Rule 2.3.2 of the revised NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, CGF advises the closing date for director nominations is Friday, 13 September 2019 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZT) on the Closing Date.
