Director Appointment and Chief Financial Officer Resignation
Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Elliott to the CGF Board. The CGF Board has determined that Mr Elliot is an Independent Director in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1.
Paul Elliot
Mr Elliot has a strong financial background and has served as a Director of both publicly listed and privately held companies. He has held a number of senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer with major New Zealand corporates.
