Chief Financial Officer Appointment
Cooks Global Foods (CGF) wishes to advise the market that Scott Pearson has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.
Mr Pearson replaces Craig Brown who has been on sabbatical leave since just before Christmas and has now decided to pursue other interests. Mr Brown, who held the CGF’s CFO position for 5 years, will remain as a consultant to CGF.
