2015 AGM Meeting Announcement
Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) hereby gives notice that it will hold its 2015 Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 29 September 2015 at Parnell Jubilee Building, 545 Parnell Road, Auckland, on 29 September 2015, at 10:00am. Attached is the Notice of Meeting.
CGF also advises that the Directors intend to call a separate, Special General Meeting to be held in Auckland in late October 2015. At that special meeting shareholders will be asked to consider and if thought fit to pass resolutions approving the capital raising and share sale transactions advised to the market on 13 August 2015. A separate notice of meeting will outline the terms for that special meeting.
